A Place for Little Hands
During a shoulder ride, a child's hands may reach for a parent's hair or face. The pockets on the front of the cap guide hand placement, giving little hands a place on the hat.
Fit and Adjustment
An adjustable back strap sets the adult's fit. The stated head circumference range is 54–62 cm. A chin strap helps keep the cap on the adult's head; it does not hold or restrain the child.
The Product's Limits
The hat is not a safety device or an infant carrier. The adult must always physically support the child. Consult the FAQ for the existing use guidance, including the requirement that the child can sit upright unassisted with adequate head and neck control. A hat is an optional accessory, not a requirement for time together.
